Nike: The new Air Max Pre-Day scores with a fresh colorway and sustainable materials

The Nike Air Max Pre-Day in “Liquid Lime” is released

Nike has already announced that the 2006 Air Max 90 “Bacon” is returning for Air Max Day. To make this year's celebrations even better for sneaker fans, the brand is releasing another new shoe on the day of the event: the Nike Air Max Pre-Day.

This is what the Nike Air Max Pre Day “Liquid Lime” looks like

Nike has unveiled the Air Max Pre-Day “Liquid Lime”, a new shoe that combines the brand's design aesthetic from the late 1970s with fresh innovations to usher in the next era. The signature design element of the Nike Air Max Pre-Days is the use of sustainable materials that help minimize material waste.

The Air Max Pre-Day supports the brand's "Move To Zero" initiative. The base of the light green upper is made entirely from recycled polyester, while the muted green overlays are made from synthetic suede. The sneaker shows the Air element in a completely new way. The white midsole features the signature Air unit on the heel, but this time the cushioning unit has been fully exposed. This creates a particularly soft suspension in the heel area and a completely new feeling underfoot. The look is rounded off by Swooshes and an outsole in black.

All the pricing and release details of the Nike Air Max Pre-Day

The Nike Air Max Pre-Day “Liquid Lime” will be available on Air Max Day, March 26th at 9am CET via Nike online and at select retailers, priced at just under 130 euros.
